Furry Friend Alert

I have a sweet, 3-1/2 lb, 15-year-old, toothless pup in the studio. She has some ongoing health issues, and a trusted sitter stays in a separate, closed-off room with her during appointments. I am more than happy to lock the office door for added comfort during your session.

Super brief version of the policies, before you get scheduled:

  • New Client Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment time.
  • Appointment Changes: You can cancel or modify your appointment for free up to 48 hours before it starts.
  • Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice, for any reason (i.e. illness, emergencies, car trouble, etc.), will result in a charge up to 100% of the service fee. Please note, our online system states a 24-hour cancellation window, but our policy is 48 hours. (I'm unable to change this default in the system.)
